Together we will dive into topics including myths about online teaching and learning, developing an effective online instructional practice, needs of online learners, online course design practices, how to select and create activities in the online classroom, assessing online learners, and course management practices.

Throughout this three-week course, we will walk learners step-by-step through the process of creating a variety of H5P interactive content, completion settings, grading, and using the content bank to your advantage (content bank is new in Moodle™ 3.9). Each topic includes text, image and video tutorials and is supplemented by a live weekly webinar.
OpenLMS' "Build a Better Course" is designed to help you build upon your existing foundation of MoodleTM knowledge and skill. This course consists of seven modules, paired with 'webinar workshops' over the course of six weeks. Following a kick-off webinar, where we provide an overview of the sessions, participants will gain access to two modules at a time within a supplemental MoodleTM course. In each of the remaining weeks, we will hold a webinar to cover the key points of those two modules and hold an open discussion/Q&A session on those topics.
